Infertility

 

Infertility is one of the most heartbreaking situations that a couple can face.  Generally it is defined as not being able to get pregnant after six months of trying or not being able to carry a baby to term.

Approximately one third of the time the infertility is on the woman's side and one third of the time it is on the man's side. There there is a percentage in which it is a combination of the woman's and man's fertility issues and some instances of infertility are simply unexplained.
